He has been providing consultancy services to various organizations in areas of organizational design and development, leadership, human resource management, development of organizational policy and procedure manuals, strategic management, marketing and sales management, Quality management, project management and other areas over the last 10 years. He has also been providing training on numerous areas for trainees from multitude of organizations and various streams of profession. Furthermore; he has been conducting and presenting researches on different topics, published his researches & providing research advisory services. He has 14 years of experience in teaching in Higher education institutions (Addis Ababa University, Haramaya University, Adama University, Admas University, Saint Mary’s University, Alpha University, Rift Valley University and others) in a full time and part time modes.

His role at Devoted Consulting is playing a managerial and leadership role through overseeing the overall operation of the business and assuring the quality of the projects.
